A. Mechanical Part:
a, 2600mm or 4000mm standard quality cast iron machine bed: with two "T"-shaped parallel slots.
b, two quality cast iron pedestals with piezoelectric sensors for vibration detecting.
c, 1.1kw motor & frequency inverter to achieve the infinitely variable speed in the balancing speed range while measuring.

a, 1.75m height standard aluminum alloy industrial electrical control cabinet with strong current control circuit, switches, sensors, sockets of strong current control wirings.
b, Industrial integrated workstation measuring unit (tailor made, brand HUASHUN)
LCD sensitive touch screen, Pentium 3 mainboard, 1.1G CPU, 256 memory bank, 80G hard disc, USB port
c, after 48 hours test of atomization, vibration, heating and cooling, it is especially suitable for bad working environment with high stability and high precision for balance measuring result.
d, HSC-2012 program provides convenient operation system and man-machine dialogue interface.
e, with USB port for office printer to have instant balancing report output.
Industrial computer, direct display, easy operation, the speed, bearing mode, unbalance amount and angle of the left and right correction planes are shown directly by numbers and circles on the screen.
Functions Descriptions:
a. the rotating speed, bearing mode, unbalance amount and angle of the left and right correction planes are all shown in numbers on LCD screen.
b. single or double plane measuring mode is available according to the thickness of the workpieces.
c. the system has a self-check function which can automatically detect the troubles.
d. the system can store all the workpieces dimension parameters, no need to input parameters again when changing different workpieces.
e. the system provides six kinds of bearing modes to select. It's suitable for the workpieces need different bearing modes.
f. it has a division function which can find out the position of the unbalance amount of the workpiece which can't be processed from a random angle.
g. calibration function and compensation for clamping tools eccentricity support the customers to check and adjust the accuracy.
h. it's up to the customer to select the methods of add material and remove material according to your need.
i. A4 color printer installed to print the instant result of the balancing measurement.
